The NEO PF series employs 1” (25.4mm) diameter voice coil. Utilizes CFS under damper venting technology to reduce turbulent airflow near the voice coil that provides good conversion efficiency and high  power handing.

PF drivers are optimized using FEA to give a rising HF response. This results in a noticeably wider dispersion characteristic to higher frequencies than conventional speakers of this size. The transducer uses high energy neodymium magnetic to achieve a very high acoustic output to weight ratio.

The series drivers all feature a space-efficient, square chassis profile allowing them to be positioned more closely to each other for improved coupling, and are particularly suited to use in arrays where controlled wave front (beam steering) is used. Half roll rubber surrounds enable greater excursion and lower responses frequency for small diameter cones.

They also provide damping of unwanted resonances and sustained centering control at extremes of excursion.
